FRICTION MATERIAL BONDING ADHESIVES Plastilock® 605 liquid adhesives have been the mainstay of the brake bonding industry for over 40 years. •The new Aqualock® 6000 Series of water-based adhesives helps meet the environmental concerns of our customers. •Other high performance products in this family are used to fabricate engine head caskets and oil gaskets.All are specially formulated to meet tough requirements for "under the hood" performance. PASTE EPOXIES•100% solid paste epoxies are used to bond and seal aluminum radiators, to bond nylon to metal parts in alternators and for a variety of miscellaneous applications. •Available in two or one-component variations with viscosities from very flowable to thixotropic pastes, these epoxies offer very versatile performance and durable thermoset structural bonds. •Unique formulating technology allows for bonding to composite substrates (SRIM and SMC) without the need for surface preparation. EXTERIOR TRIM/VINYL BONDING ADHESIVES Designed for use in co-extrusion, injection molding, laminating and coil coating processing. Used in bonding thermoplastic PVC's and other plastic material to aluminum , stainless steel, bimetal and glass.The new line of Aqualock® 5000 Series Products helps to meet the environmental concerns of the industry.Used in vinyl to metal lamination for appliances and auto body molding. STRUCTURAL ADHESIVES FILMModified epoxy films formulated to provide high temperature performance, exceptional toughness and environmental durability in metal bonding applications. Nitrile phenolic adhesives developed to provide excellent chemical, fuel and high temperature resistance for metal bonding.

SOVEREIGN INDUSTRIAL ADHESIVE DESCRIPTIONS
	E2001A/B: A two-component, equal mix, room temperature curing epoxy adhesive. Cure may also be heat accelerated. Bond is flexible, impact resistant. Service rangeof -70 to + 150F (-57 to +66C)(continuously), 200F (93C) (intermittently). Long pot life. EL2995A/B:A two-part, rubberized epoxy adhesive sealant with excellent flexibility and water resistance. Room temperature cure within 4-6 hours. Cure may be heat accelerated. Formulated for minimum sag, good weatherability. A1177B1/B2 : A two-part equal mix, room temperature curing epoxy adhesive. Cure may be accelerated with heat. Suitable for bonding many materials. Provides a hard durable bond. Conforms to MMM-A-134, Type l and MMM-A-132, Type I, Class 3. A1273B1/B2: A two-part, thixotropic variation of A1177B. Non-sag properties. A851B: A solvent- based adhesive that may be air dried or heat cured. Bond is water, oil and aromatic fuel resistant. Good resistance to heat and plasticizer migration. Suitable for bonding many substrates. Bond is strong, flexible. A862B: A medium viscosity, solvent adhesive with contact-type qualities. Suitable for bonding a range of materials. Air dries to form a semi-rigid, tough, fairly flexible bond. Bond produced is resistant to water, gasoline and oil. A1104B: A clear adhesive primer for metal surfaces. Air dries rapidly. Resists moisture, acids, many solvents. Designed for use by laminators, extruders, injection molders of coated metal.
		A1226B: An oil and heat resisant adhesive. Bonds cotton, duck, leather, felt, cork and rubber to themselves and to aluminum, steel and wood. Conforms to MMM-A-1617, Type ll A1404B: Clear, solvent adhesive designed for bonding rigid and flexible vinyl, leather and many plastics, etc.. May be air dried or catalyzed for improved heat resistance. Fast assembly time- within 5 minutes of adhesive application. Good plasticizer and solvent resistance. R888T: A solvent-based adhesive with fast track. Specifically formulated for use in splicing newsprint rolls during printing operations. May also be used as a positioning adhesive on porous materials where fast, temporary bonds are required. Remains tacky for several days. Good water resistance. #4: A thin viscosity solvent adhesive. Has good cohesive properties. Suitable for bonding natural rubber or SBR rubber to sponge or foam. Long open time; assembly may be made from 5 minutes to 36 hours after adhesive application. Forms a tough, rubber-type bond with excellent water resistance. S704: An aerosol adhesive designed for bonding fabrics and foam to themselves and a variety of other materials. Lace-like spray pattern. Permanent bond. Quick tack and fast drying properties. Non dark,non dimpling flexible seam. S707:A translucent, pressure sensitive aerosol designed for general purpose use. Fine, uniform spray pattern. Strong, flexible bond, fast drying and quick tack. Assemble from 30 sec to 30 min after applying. Will not etch foam.Spray tip selection. S900: A high performance, high strength aerosol for use in applications requiring greater strength and heat resistance. Lace-like pattern. Permanent bond. Assembly may be made after 30 sec to 10 min after application. Spray regulated tip.
